Gunite Swimming Pool Standard Features

 

All Crawford Pools include certain standard features to make your pool ownership pleasant.  We feel these features are items that you would insist upon if you had extensive knowledge of swimming pool construction.

 

Please understand that these items are not standard on other builder’s pools.  Most of these items are either not mentioned, or sold as high cost options.

 

Your Crawford gunite pool will contain:

 

• # 3 steel (3/8 inch) throughout tied on 10” centers.
• Transition bars in pool floor.
• Extra steel in all high stress areas.
• Gunite application is pneumatic.
• 1 ½ hp Sta-Rite Dyna-Max pump.                                 
• Sta-Rite System 3Cartridge filter. 
• 300 watt, 12-volt light.
• Steps with chrome handrail.
• Chrome ladder.
• Chlorinator.
• Maintenance equipment.
• Start-up of chemicals.
• Polaris 280 cleaner with independent booster pump.
• Two skimmers, independently plumbed to the equipment.
• Minimum of 6 jets for optimum circulation.
• Minimum 2” plumbing.
• Split suctions for safety.
• All equipment installed using unions.
• Complete choice of water-line tile.
• Complete choice of decking.
• All electric work done by a licensed electrician.
